In this important role, the candidate will be at the forefront of the most important decisions that the company makes. Requirements

Experience as an executive assistant, executive business partner, chief of staff, or in a similar role

Responsibilities

Lead and execute cross-functional strategic projects, research initiatives, and operational fixes on behalf of the executive office.
Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, strategically triaging meeting requests, board engagements, investor calls, and strategic planning blocks to maximize executive focus.
Coordinate seamless end-to-end itineraries for domestic and international trips, overseeing accommodation, transport, event appearances, and post-trip expense reporting.
Equip the CEO for every interaction by assembling briefing packages, background research, agendas, and presentation slide decks for leadership and key partners.
Monitor key takeaways and assignments from executive discussions, driving cross-team follow-through and ensuring deliverables stay on track.
Act as the central liaison connecting the CEO with board directors, commercial partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Author and refine high-level communications, including company-wide announcements, investor updates, board briefings, and sensitive memos.
Oversee board meeting administration, from scheduling committee sessions and distributing pre-read materials to recording formal meeting minutes.
Safeguard proprietary healthcare technology data, strategic initiatives, regulatory files, and trade secrets with absolute discretion.
Bridge communication gaps across Product, Engineering, Clinical Affairs, Legal, and Finance to maintain executive alignment across all business units.
