About The Position

We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Executive Assistant to provide exceptional, high-level support primarily to Comscore’s Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) as well as to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO). This role requires a highly organized, proactive professional with strong executive support experience, impeccable judgment, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with professionalism, flexibility, and a strong customer-service mindset. The ideal candidate excels at managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, handling confidential information, and proactively ensuring operational excellence across all executive workflows. This individual will also play a key role in enabling leadership effectiveness by managing meeting rhythms, communication, and follow-through across multiple teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced corporate environment is required.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize autonomously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • High degree of professionalism, emotional intelligence, discretion, and judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive daily executive support for the CCO, with additional support for other executives as assigned.
  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars including internal and external meetings, client engagements, conferences, and recurring leadership meetings.
  • Utilize advanced calendar management practices, for example: Attach all meeting materials (agendas, decks, notes) directly to calendar events. Block protected daily focus time and adjust when urgent conflicts arise. Maintain a color-coded Outlook calendar for clear visibility across meeting types. Add confidential blocks where privacy is required. Build in prep time for critical client or leadership discussions. Use banners and notifications to highlight OOO periods, major events, and key reminders.
  • Manage scheduling protocols, including: Being cc’d on all calendar-related communication and meeting invitations. Prioritizing clients and senior executives while balancing overall meeting flow. Maintaining a consistent scheduling cadence across leadership and team meetings.
  • Coordinate recurring 1:1s with senior leaders and direct reports: Ensure agendas are prepared and submitted in advance. Track, organize, and upload all agendas to calendar invites. Maintain visibility into PTO/OOO updates and key reminders.
  • Support staff meetings by creating templates, collecting draft agendas, and preparing final materials for distribution.
  • Coordinate quarterly or biannual Town Halls, ensuring alignment with senior executives.
  • Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including airlines, hotels, transportation, conference registrations, visa/travel document needs, and itinerary preparation.
  • Prepare travel packets with materials, agendas, and required documentation.
  • Handle last-minute changes with agility and accuracy.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, especially in handling sensitive information related to strategy, financials, litigation, personnel matters, and other restricted topics.
  • Establish and manage secure shared folders for controlled access to confidential materials.
  • Exercise independent judgment in managing communication, prioritizing requests, and responding on behalf of executives as appropriate.
  • Prepare and submit executive expense reports.
  • Provide general office administration and support as needed.
  • Manage mail distribution: Sort and digitize key correspondence.
  • Track RSVPs, conference registrations, and follow-up communication.
  • Monitor and respond to letters or inquiries as necessary.
  • Assist with the creation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations, including conducting research and formatting content.
  • Support additional projects and tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations across the Commercial and broader executive organizations.

Benefits

  • Salary will not exceed $115-125K/annually
