About The Position

Kelley Kronenberg, a full-service law firm known for its modern approach to legal practice, is hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Chair of our Real Estate Division in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This hybrid role sits at the center of a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional practice. You will be coordinating priorities, protecting the Chair’s time, and keeping critical initiatives moving. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support, preferably as an Executive Assistant, legal assistant, or similar role supporting a senior executive, practice chair, law firm partner, or professional services leader.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, confidential, and time-sensitive matters with exceptional judgment and discretion.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional legal environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chair’s calendar, scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements, while triaging administrative, client, and operational matters and routing them to the right person or department.
  • Handle confidential personal and professional matters for the Chair, monitor day-to-day compliance requirements for the Real Estate Practice, and coordinate new-file administrative checks such as SCRA, PACER, military status, and social match verifications.
  • Coordinate job requests, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding logistics for new Real Estate Practice team members in partnership with Human Resources.
  • Organize and distribute client alerts, support client surveys and audits, and assist with business development meeting coordination, materials preparation, and event logistics.
  • Draft, design, and proofread correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations, and manage travel and expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
