Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent required.
  • 6 years of experience in a Senior Administrative level.
  • 3 years’ experience managing others.
  • Ability to work with a high level of organization.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strategic prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
  • Discretion in handling confidential matters.
  • Demonstrated experience with internal senior executives and external customers.
  • Computer experience in a PC environment; ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite and utilize other software.
  • Candidates will also be evaluated on our core values of passion for mission, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high impact support for a wide range of activities including organizational, administrative, and technical support.
  • Lead administrative staff by developing and executing consistent procedures, practices, and standards.
  • Work proactively in completing clerical and administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, calendar triage, managing scheduling and email, and travel arrangements.
  • Increase efficiency and effectiveness by delegating, analyzing, anticipating and strategically planning in your duties.
  • Oversee daily operations and functions of the Kearney office.
  • Perform back-up front desk receptionist duties (i.e., answering telephone, greeting guests, etc.) and other duties as assigned.
