About The Position

Join North Idaho College as the Senior Executive Assistant to the President and play a pivotal role at the heart of the institution. This highly visible and trusted position serves as a strategic partner to the President and Board of Trustees, helping ensure the effective operation of the President’s Office while supporting institutional leadership, governance, and key initiatives that impact the college and community. In this role, you will manage complex executive calendars, coordinate Board of Trustees meetings and communications, prepare reports and executive correspondence, maintain official records, support strategic projects, oversee office operations, and serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will help facilitate communication, organize events, support governance processes, and provide critical information that informs executive decision-making. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and four years of full-time equivalent, progressively responsible administrative support experience, including experience supporting an executive, senior leader, or governing board.
  • Equivalent years of experience may substitute for educational requirement.
  • Valid driver's license required.
