About The Position

McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is looking for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to the President & CEO—someone who anticipates what needs to happen next and takes the initiative to make it happen. This isn't a traditional administrative support role. We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, exercises good judgment, follows through relentlessly, and takes pride in helping a CEO and leadership team operate at their best. The right person doesn't just manage a calendar. They protect the CEO's time, anticipate needs, prepare for what's ahead, and keep important priorities moving.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressively responsible executive support experience.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Confidence working with executives, Board members, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong technology skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited direction.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting a CEO, President, C-suite executive, or comparable senior leader strongly preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit organizations, or Board support is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage the CEO's calendar, priorities, and competing demands.
  • Anticipate meetings, deadlines, decisions, and information needs.
  • Prepare executive briefings, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
  • Track commitments and ensure important follow-up doesn't get lost between meetings.
  • Coordinate executive leadership meetings and selected CEO-led initiatives.
  • Serve as a key liaison with McLeod's Board of Trustees, coordinating meetings, materials, communications, and governance activities.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization and with external partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve executive workflow, organization, and effectiveness.

Benefits

  • 100% employer-paid benefits, including short and long-term disability, group-term life insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program.
  • 401(k) plan, with company matches up to 3% after 90 days of employment.
  • Paid time off.
  • Bereavement leave.
  • Jury duty leave.
  • 9 paid observed holidays.
  • Public Student Loan Forgiveness eligibility.
  • Ongoing professional development support.
  • Free continuing education opportunities across multiple disciplines.
  • Top-tier individual and group clinical supervision for professionals seeking CADC and LCAS licensures.
