Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, including Vice President and/or Senior Vice President leaders within a high tech, enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity company.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high performance environment while managing multiple competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing complex executive calendars, global travel, executive communications, and confidential business activities.
  • Experience coordinating executive level meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), town halls, all hands meetings, team events, and organizational activities.
  • Executive presence with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and the confidence to interact effectively with senior leaders, customers, and cross functional partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, think several steps ahead, and operate with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Highly organized with exceptional prioritization and project management skills.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and resilient, with the grit to navigate ambiguity and perform under pressure.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, enterprise calendaring tools, and expense management systems such as Concur.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sophisticated administrative partnership to the SVP, managing complex 3- to 6-month calendar cycles and domestic/ international travel logistics
  • Orchestrate high-stakes logistics for quarterly earnings releases, including WAR room setups, catering, IT/Security support, and callback scheduling
  • Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for domestic/international Non-Deal Roadshows (NDRs), investor lunches, C-suite dinners, and HQ investor bus tours
  • Manage conference logistics, executive registrations, virtual meeting platforms, and briefing book distribution
  • Direct primary IR communication channels, triaging shareholder/analyst inquiries while maintaining strict adherence to legal protocols
  • Oversee high-volume CRM data entry within Nasdaq IR Insight to maintain accurate records of investor engagements
  • Utilize enterprise AI tools (Gemini Enterprise, NotebookLM) and automated workflows to optimize productivity and documentation
  • Execute SAP Ariba workflows, including vendor onboarding, Purchase Orders, invoice reconciliation, and expense auditing
  • Direct logistics for departmental offsites, administrative summits, and high-profile team events
