Candescent is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and hospitality-minded Executive Assistant & Engagement Coordinator to serve as the primary executive support partner to the Chief Marketing Officer while also coordinating executive engagements, client visits, and Client Experience Center (CEC) activities hosted at Candescent's Atlanta headquarters. Executive support is the core priority of this highly visible role. The position also plays an important role in coordinating executive briefings, customer visits, leadership events, and headquarters-based experiences. This individual will help the CMO operate effectively while ensuring clients, prospects, partners, and executive visitors experience the best of Candescent's brand, culture, and leadership.
