Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 7 years of experience handling high exposure excess claims throughout the United States
• Superior negotiation and litigation management skills
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Must have a pro-active approach

Nice To Haves

• Candidates who are already broadly licensed are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle high exposure excess claims throughout the United States.
• Negotiate and manage litigation for excess casualty claims.
• Obtain insurance adjuster licenses where needed.
