About The Position

Nteractive is a global events and communications agency that brings experiences to life for major technology and lifestyle brands. They are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to lead the creative development and delivery of world-class events. This role involves managing all aspects of event experiences, from strategy and content to design and attendee engagement. The Senior Producer will balance creative thinking, strategic planning, commercial awareness, and operational excellence to lead complex projects from concept to execution, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving business objectives. Collaboration with clients, creatives, production teams, and suppliers is key to shaping inspiring and impactful experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience as a Producer delivering complex events within an agency or event environment
  • Proven experience managing large-scale events from concept through execution
  • Experience working across multiple event formats including live, hybrid and digital
  • Strong understanding of show production, content development and event design
  • Experience collaborating with creative, technical production and digital teams
  • Strong budget management and commercial awareness, including ownership of $1M+ project budgets
  • Experience presenting ideas, pitches and recommendations to clients
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Based on the Central or East Coast, USA
  • Ability to travel internationally throughout the year (approximately 20–30%)
  • Ability to work across time zones as required

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative development and production of large-scale live, hybrid and digital events.
  • Translate client objectives into compelling event concepts, content strategies and attendee experiences.
  • Develop production briefs and collaborate with internal teams to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Contribute strategic thinking and creative solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Research and source innovative content, speakers, entertainment and experiential elements.
  • Own and manage complex event projects from concept through onsite execution.
  • Lead event workstreams and oversee delivery teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Maintain accurate project plans, documentation, timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Directors, Project Directors and Executive Producers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary client contact throughout delivery.
  • Oversee show content development, event agendas and presentation design.
  • Partner with Creative, Technical Production and Content teams to deliver engaging event experiences.
  • Ensure all production, staging, media and environmental elements align with client objectives.
  • Maintain exceptional standards across content, design and attendee experience.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts, proposals and pricing to ensure value and quality.
  • Develop and manage project budgets exceeding $1M.
  • Monitor financial performance and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure commercial viability and profitability across projects.
  • Lead event delivery onsite, managing clients, suppliers, venue teams and production partners.
  • Resolve challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining a calm, solutions-focused approach.
  • Ensure every aspect of the event is delivered to the highest possible standard.
  • Drive exceptional attendee and client experiences.
  • Mentor and support junior producers and project team members.
  • Share knowledge, best practice and creative thinking across the business.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and freelancer selection when required.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
