NVIDIASanta Clara, CA
$144,000 - $230,000Onsite

About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Event Manager to take full responsibility for delivering some of NVIDIA's key flagship events. These events are central to NVIDIA's worldwide presence, and the person in this role will ensure each moment is executed with accuracy, enthusiasm, and influence. We seek an experienced event professional who embraces high responsibility and ownership in a complex environment. You will manage several workstreams simultaneously and work closely with collaborators in product, communications, marketing, and executive teams. Every detail, including venue, content, and the on-site experience, must be performed flawlessly.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of event management experience at a technology company or agency, with a focus on owned events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multiple large-scale events simultaneously without sacrificing quality or detail.
  • Strong project management skills — you can build a plan, hold others to it, and adapt quickly when things change.
  • Experience managing six- to seven-figure event budgets with a track record of financial accountability.
  • Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills; able to work with executives, product teams, and creative partners with equal ease.
  • Calm under pressure, highly organized, and relentlessly diligent.
  • This role requires approximately 60% domestic and international travel for event planning and execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience managing flagship events at a major technology company across multiple formats and markets.
  • Experience navigating complex collaborator environments at a large, fast paced technology company.
  • A reputation for bringing fresh creative thinking to event formats while keeping operational rigor front and center.
  • Comfort managing a diverse event portfolio where no two events are the same — and growing in that variety.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full event lifecycle for assigned flagship events — from initial planning through on-site management and post-event recap.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets across multiple events simultaneously.
  • Serve as the primary cross-functional coordinator — aligning product teams, communications, creative, and executive partners around a unified event plan.
  • Lead vendor and agency relationships, including venue sourcing, A/V, production, catering, and décor.
  • Partner with content and programming teams to develop agenda, speaker management, and session logistics.
  • Coordinate registration, attendee experience, and on-site staffing plans.
  • Build and deliver executive-ready briefings, status updates, and post-event reports.
  • Find opportunities to improve event formats, attendee experience, and operational efficiency across your portfolio of events.
