The Senior Event Executive is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the Event Sales and Planning Department while serving as the primary liaison between Sales, Event Operations, Food & Beverage, Rooms Operations, and Resort Leadership. Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Strategy, this position drives event revenue, service excellence, operational execution, and client satisfaction across weddings, social events, corporate meetings, retreats, and special events. The Senior Event Executive leads the event planning team, mentors and develops event professionals, and ensures seamless communication between departments. This role is responsible for managing the resort's most complex and high-profile events while elevating overall planning standards, client experiences, and operational efficiencies.
