AtkinsRéalis•Henderson, NV

About The Position

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Estimator to join an experienced team specializing in surface mining projects for processing plants and related infrastructure across North America. Based in Henderson, Nevada, the role develops capital cost estimates through the full estimate-plan-to-basis cycle, supported by the Estimating Manager. The role includes multidisciplinary estimating for surface mining scopes, site development, processing facilities, and supporting infrastructure, as well as sustaining capital, reclamation, and closure estimates. It also contributes to unit-rate databases, benchmarks, estimating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an employee, regular position. The role is based in Henderson, Nevada, with flexibility to work from home and/or an office as required, and the ability to visit project or construction sites.
