Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of ServiceNow experience and 3+ years focused explicitly on designing HR service delivery or HR technology solutions.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments or highly regulated industries (like Financial Services).
• Proficiency with newer platform capabilities such as ServiceNow AI, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and Next Experience UI

Nice To Haves

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect (CMA), or advanced HRSD Implementation Specialist credentials.

Responsibilities

• Designing blueprint architectures for HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, and Employee Relations.
• Creating secure HR data models. Architects must ensure HR scopes restrict data access properly.
• Architecting seamless integrations between ServiceNow and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems (like Workday) and payroll systems.
• Defining technical standards, lifecycle management, and roadmaps tailored to enterprise IT and HR shared service centers.
