About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Financials Lead to join our ERP Center of Excellence (COE) and play a key role in enterprise ERP migrations and harmonization efforts across multiple business units. This role serves as the financial functional authority for CloudSuite Industrial SaaS, responsible for driving standardization, governance, and scalable solutions as business units migrate from legacy ERP systems into the CSI platform. The position partners closely with Finance leadership, business unit stakeholders, and IT to ensure successful migrations while maintaining operational continuity and financial integrity.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial, including CloudSuite Industrial SaaS.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting ERP financial migrations.
  • Strong background in accounting, financial close, and reconciliation.
  • Experience working in an ERP COE, or shared services model.
  • Manufacturing industry experience supporting multi‑site operations.
  • Deep knowledge of CSI Financial architecture and posting logic.
  • Strong analytical skills for data validation and reconciliation.
  • Experience with Infor OS, ION, and integration frameworks.
  • Financial reporting experience with Power BI, Birst, etc.
  • Ability to lead migrations across diverse business units with differing maturity levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable driving decisions in ambiguous or transitional environments.
  • High standards for documentation, governance, and process discipline.
  • Deep understanding of CSI operational data structures and transaction flows.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Production, Inventory and warehouse management
  • Strong analytical skills for operational data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Infor OS, ION, and operational integrations.
  • Reporting experience with Power BI, Birst, etc.
  • Ability to lead migrations across diverse business units with differing maturity levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable driving adoption of mobile technologies on the shop floor and in warehouses.
  • High standards for documentation, governance, and operational discipline.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the CloudSuite Industrial Financials SME within the ERP COE.
  • Define and enforce financial design standards, migration principles, and best practices.
  • Participate in ERP COE governance, including change control, release management, and solution approvals.
  • Balance enterprise standardization with business unit–specific needs during migrations.
  • Act as the financial lead for ERP migrations of business units into CloudSuite Industrial SaaS.
  • Partner with Finance and business teams to assess current-state financial processes and data, define future-state designs aligned to COE standards, identify gaps, risks, and remediation plans.
  • Lead financial data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Support parallel runs, cutover planning, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
  • Ensure migrated business units adopt standardized chart of accounts, dimensions, and reporting structures.
  • Create reusable migration templates, checklists, and playbooks for future rollouts.
  • Own functional configuration for CSI SaaS Financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Multi-site, intercompany, and multi-currency processing.
  • Maintain enterprise financial structures that support scale and future acquisitions.
  • Partner with Finance leadership to align ERP migrations with accounting policies and reporting needs.
  • Lead functional design decisions ensuring consistency across newly onboarded business units.
  • Translate complex accounting and business requirements into scalable CSI SaaS solutions.
  • Provide clear guidance to business unit stakeholders on standard vs configurable capabilities.
  • Provide senior-level support during migration cutover periods and financial close cycles.
  • Troubleshoot complex posting, data, and reconciliation issues.
  • Coordinate with Infor Support and vendor technical teams for migration-related issues.
  • Ensure proper handoff to steady-state support after each migration.
  • Govern financial reporting and analytics across migrated business units.
  • Partner on integrations using Infor OS, ION, and APIs, including banking, tax, and payroll systems.
  • Ensure financial data integrity, auditability, and comparability across legacy and migrated entities.
  • Contribute as the financial lead on enterprise ERP roadmap initiatives.
  • Continuously improve migration approach, tools, and documentation within the COE.
  • Mentor ERP analysts supporting migration and stabilization activities.
  • Drive lessons-learned sessions after each business unit migration.
