About The Position

CLA is a top 10 national professional services firm dedicated to creating opportunities for clients, people, and communities. We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Engineer to join our Information Technology team. This position offers growth, flexibility, and a collaborative work environment. The Senior ERP Engineer will improve and support business ERP use, focusing on configuration and support of ERP applications, including developing solutions/enhancements, design, configuration, and maintenance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, or leading ERP, HRIS, or financial reporting systems required.
  • 2+ years of experience with Workday preferred.
  • Experience in engineering and testing ERP integrations to external vendors or other parties.
  • Detail-oriented team player comfortable with managing confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Experience planning, facilitating, documenting, and managing business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Experienced in Workday configuration, integration, reporting, testing, and migration.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Good working knowledge of Workday Extend and Prism.
  • Ideal candidate will be strong with Workday Adaptive, Workday Studio Integrations, & Advance Matrix reports.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and improve Workday configuration and integrations to other applications using Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Platform, and other tools.
  • Configure and maintain business process definitions in Workday.
  • Develop and support integrations (EIB) for inbound and outbound data exchange between Workday and other internal/external systems.
  • Configure and maintain domain security policies and business process policies in Workday.
  • Provide technical direction on configuration and new functionality related to Workday.
  • Create and review technical documentation for new and existing processes, policies, and user guides.
  • Participate in project teams that are either directly associated with the ERP or that use the information.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Act as a level three application support for CLA’s ERP Team.
  • Review application updates and compare them to business needs for impact on existing configuration and to identify opportunities.
  • Provide implementation support and Workday optimization related to business processes, security, and data integrity for the applications.
