About The Position

CBRE Government Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ERP System Administrator to manage and govern our Costpoint/Deltek ERP platform. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the platform's day-to-day operations, maintaining system integrity, driving improvements across user access, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, process discipline, and a proactive approach to supporting a mission-critical system in a highly regulated environment. This role will play a key part in migrating our existing ERP into the Costpoint platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years Deltek Costpoint administration, including ERP architecture, user provisioning, access controls, security monitoring, audit compliance, SQL/data reporting, and leading ERP-related projects.
  • Experience supporting Defense and/or Federal/Civilian IT programs and compliance initiatives required.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and control frameworks, assessment methodologies, and practices
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data models and reporting tools
  • Ability to communicate technical security concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
  • Effective program management, project management, and organizational management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Deltek Costpoint, Microsoft Azure, database/SQL, security, or related technical certification.
  • Familiarity with Azure-hosted environments and SaaS platforms preferred

Responsibilities

  • User administration and access management
  • Maintain role-based access controls, audit-compliant user logs, and segregation of duties
  • Enforce ERP security policies per DCSA compliance and industry standards (including NIST SP 800-171)
  • Perform routine audits to support system compliance and accreditation efforts
  • Ensure reporting requirements align with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and SOX requirements
  • Manage system health and performance in cloud-based environment
  • Coordinate back-ups, patching and upgrades
  • Govern ERP updates, configuration changes, and workflow design
  • Work closely with HRIS to ensure UKG system integration
  • Support integration and migration efforts as the primary ERP technical POC
  • Support end-user training and troubleshooting
