About The Position

The ERP Administrator / Business Systems Analyst will be the primary internal owner and subject matter expert for the organization's ERP system, with an initial focus on implementing and administering Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI / SyteLine). The role combines ERP administration, manufacturing process knowledge, reporting, data governance, and user support to ensure the system accurately reflects business operations and provides reliable information for decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3+ years supporting, administering, implementing, or heavily using a manufacturing ERP system.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, planning, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, MRP, work orders, BOMs, routings, and costing.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to trace transactions and processes across ERP functions.
  • Experience with relational databases, ERP data structures, reporting/query tools, SQL or comparable data-querying skills.
  • Advanced Excel and general data-analysis skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical resources and business users.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration, reporting, or process improvements.
  • Strong attention to data accuracy, process discipline, documentation, and follow-through.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI / SyteLine), including implementation support.
  • Experience with CSI planning, scheduling, MRP, manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, and APS functionality.
  • Experience with SQL Server, ERP database structures, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience with MES, EDI, barcode/data collection, CAD/PDM, or other manufacturing-system integrations.
  • Experience in multi-site or multi-entity discrete manufacturing, fabrication, machining, or assembly environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key internal resource during the Infor CloudSuite Industrial implementation.
  • Partner with implementation consultants, IT, process owners, and subject matter experts to configure, validate, and support the ERP environment.
  • Administer users, roles, permissions, workflows, system parameters, application settings, upgrades, patches, testing, and release management.
  • Maintain test and production environments and support structured change-control practices.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for ERP issues, coordinating with Infor or support partners as needed.
  • Support ERP functionality for manufacturing, BOMs, routings, work centers, capacity planning, scheduling, MRP, purchasing, inventory, order management, engineering change, quality, costing, and financial transactions.
  • Work with functional leaders to ensure system configuration reflects approved business processes.
  • Troubleshoot planning, scheduling, production, inventory, costing, and transaction issues.
  • Maintain key planning parameters, including lead times, order policies, safety stock, calendars, resource capacity, and related settings.
  • Establish and maintain ERP master-data standards and governance practices.
  • Monitor the integrity of items, BOMs, routings, resources, vendors, customers, warehouses, units of measure, planning parameters, and related records.
  • Identify systemic data-quality issues and coordinate root-cause corrective actions with process owners.
  • Support data conversion, cleansing, validation, approvals, modifications, and retirement of ERP records.
  • Develop and maintain reports, queries, dashboards, and analytical tools for Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and leadership.
  • Use SQL and reporting tools to investigate system behavior, validate transactions, and provide actionable business information.
  • Help users understand ERP data structures and establish reliable sources of truth for reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and administrative processes.
  • Support interfaces between ERP and related systems such as MES, CAD/PDM, EDI, barcode/data collection, warehouse, quality, financial, and BI platforms.
  • Work with IT, vendors, and implementation partners to troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Participate in evaluating and implementing new modules, integrations, functionality, and automation opportunities.
  • Provide ERP support, documentation, procedures, training materials, and system standards across the organization.
  • Distinguish between system defects, configuration issues, master-data problems, training needs, and process gaps.
  • Train users and process owners on ERP functionality and best practices.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of enhancements and continuous-improvement opportunities.
