About The Position

The Senior Epic Optime Analyst facilitates end-user meetings and provides an advance level of operational/application build expertise in completing the more sophisticated assignments to meet customer goals.

Requirements

Advance level of operational/application build expertise
Deep knowledge of application and operational requirements
Ability to translate sophisticated requirements/concepts into functionality
Experience initiating, facilitating, or leading meetings with end-users/business owners and other EIS teams
Experience leading team projects, translating customer needs, status reporting, and managing customer relationships and expectations
Experience participating in re-engineering of operational work-flow processes with end-users/business owners
Experience facilitating end-user/business owner needs into system specifications and configuration requirements
High-level expertise in design integration and touch points with other Epic modules and/or other applications
Experience representing a unit on various Epic related committees (CCB, SFWG, OCD)
Experience assisting team lead in developing project plans and details
Experience managing and coordinating advanced configuration and build assignments/projects
Ability to provide on-call support during off hours

Responsibilities

Performs sophisticated level design, build and implementation assignments/projects.
