About The Position

The Senior Application Analyst role is responsible for system build, maintenance, minor enhancements, and project work related to the Epic Inpatient Orders application. This role builds and maintains system lists, consults, and eConsults, and collaborates with the Telehealth team on the implementation of new eConsults for the inpatient setting. The analyst maintains workflows for EEGs, ECGs, PFTs, and other procedural orders. This analyst will complete system build and system support for inpatient provider billing and will support the rollout of provider charging within the inpatient environment. The position participates in the on-call support rotation for the Orders and Clin Doc applications and support for Epic's twice-yearly upgrade cycles. This role is available for remote work from most US locations.

Requirements

Epic Inpatient Orders certification (required)
Bachelor's degree (required)
5 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

Designs, builds, installs, configures, and/or develops software to support clinical, administrative, financial and operational workflows.
Analyzes clinical, administrative, financial or operational workflows supported by the assigned products and their relationship to the technical environment in which they operate.
May perform analysis and design of supporting technical infrastructures.
Supports clinical, administrative, financial, revenue, or operational implementations for assigned products which may also include testing and QA, reporting, product life cycle, communication/collaboration with customers and vendors, and training users.
Assists with onboarding and training as needed.
