This role is for a Senior Epic Cadence Analyst who will facilitate end-user meetings and provide advanced operational and application build expertise for complex assignments, potentially leading projects. The analyst will translate complex requirements into functionality, lead work groups, and represent the unit on Epic-related committees.

Requirements

Advanced level of operational and application build expertise in Epic Cadence.
Ability to translate complex requirements/concepts into functionality.
Experience initiating, facilitating, or leading meetings with end-users/business owners and other EIS teams.
Experience leading projects, translating customer needs, meeting deliverables, status reporting, and managing customer relationships and expectations.
Experience identifying and working through teamwork issues.
Experience participating in the re-engineering of operational workflow processes.
Experience facilitating end-user/business owner needs into system specifications and configuration requirements.
High-level expertise in design integration and touch points with other Epic modules and/or other applications.
Experience leading work groups.
Experience attending and representing a unit on Epic-related committees (CAB, CHOCC, LOCC).
Experience assisting team leads in developing project plans and details.
Experience managing and coordinating configuration and build assignments/projects.
Experience coaching team members in application design, build, and testing.
Experience ensuring adequate documentation is provided for support and end-user training.
Experience providing day-to-day guidance to team members.

Responsibilities

Performs advanced-level design, build, and implementation assignments/projects.
Translates complex requirements/concepts into functionality based on deep knowledge of application and operational requirements.
Initiates, facilitates, or leads meetings with end-users/business owners and other EIS teams.
May lead team projects, including translating customer needs, meeting deliverables, status reporting, and managing customer relationships and expectations.
Fills in on various work/projects in the absence of the Team Lead.
Identifies and works through teamwork issues and escalates work issues to the Team Lead as needed.
Participates in the re-engineering of operational workflow processes with end-users/business owners.
Facilitates end-user/business owner needs into system specifications and configuration requirements.
Provides high-level expertise in design integration and touch points with other Epic modules and/or other applications.
Leads work groups within the department or within the project scope.
Attends and represents the unit on various Epic-related committees (CAB, CHOCC, LOCC).
Assists the team lead in developing project plans and details.
Manages and coordinates advanced configuration and build assignments/projects in collaboration with others.
May coach team members in application design, build, testing, and other tasks.
Ensures adequate documentation is provided for support and end-user training.
May provide day-to-day guidance to other assigned team members.
