About The Position

This is a Full Time, remote, Epic Cadence Analyst role. The analyst will plan, design, implement, maintain, and provide ongoing optimization and support for clinical application software. This includes consulting with users to identify operating procedures and clarify program/application needs, performing workflow assessments, capturing business needs, and analyzing internal systems to determine functional requirements. The role involves working within cross-functional teams and with end-users to achieve application integration, performing builds, upgrades, and system enhancements, and supporting applications throughout all phases of implementation, including post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Documentation of program design, settings, configurations, options, decisions, logic, and corrections may be required, along with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Epic Cadence certification required.
  • Requires 3+ years of related experience.
  • Possess in-depth clinical application knowledge and experience
  • Positive attitude, detail oriented, self-motivated, critical thinker
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic application issues and provide solutions from an existing knowledge base
  • Basic presentation skills
  • Ability to interact and develop relationships with intra-departmental teams
  • Effectively communicate in both oral and written form to a widely diverse audience
  • Requires basic understanding of healthcare terminology, clinical application configuration and/or workflows and related technologies
  • Requires basic skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to complete work assignments in a timely manner as assigned by manager
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a rapidly changing environment
