Responsible for implementing corporate, field, and office ESH policies and procedures across assigned business units and/or project sites. The manager will oversee safety programs, provide regulatory guidance, recommend improvements, and analyze data to identify risks and develop structured safety programs. They will also monitor workers' compensation issues, conduct incident review meetings, oversee audits, implement training, and participate in pre-construction meetings. The position involves ensuring accurate accident reporting, supporting injury management, developing project-specific safety programs, supervising safe behavior, and interfacing with various stakeholders including SBU leaders, site supervision, subcontractor management, and government agencies.
