We have an immediate need for a Senior Environmental Engineer or Geologist who is a Licensed Site Professional (LSP) in the Boston, Massachusetts metropolitan area. Come join our team! Requirements

Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional (LSP) certification required.
Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental remediation services and redevelopment projects.
Demonstrated project management and budgeting experience.
Proven success in client development, acquisition, and retention.
Solid understanding of MassDEP regulations, policies, and the broader New England environmental market.
Strong client-facing capabilities.
Experience preparing technical proposals and planning documents.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Professional Engineering or Geology license preferred.

Responsibilities

Support and expand the environmental practice through business development, internal project leadership, and team management.
Establish project teams, develop project initiation documents, prepare schedules, define scopes of work, and develop cost estimates.
Ensure that project teams are appropriately staffed with the technical expertise necessary to deliver high-quality results while maintaining cost efficiency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring the timely resolution of project issues and scope changes.
Oversee project financial performance by managing budgets effectively and communicating cost impacts as needed.
Provide technical leadership and oversight for field investigations, site assessments, remediation system installation, and performance evaluation activities.
Support a diverse portfolio of redevelopment and environmental projects.
Contribute to strategic business development efforts across both public sector clients.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them make informed decisions regarding environmental remediation and the redevelopment of contaminated properties.
