About The Position

TRIAEM is seeking Senior Enterprise Systems Integrators to support a growing program within NGA’s CIO-T environment. This role sits within the Engineering & Emerging Operations (EEO) Team, supporting leadership decision-making across the full lifecycle of enterprise IT systems. This is a high-visibility role focused on enterprise integration, mission alignment, and strategic engineering execution.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance (required)
  • Master’s degree + 10 years of experience OR Bachelor’s + 12 years of experience
  • Experience in systems engineering, integration, or architecture
  • Experience supporting NSG/NGA or NRO mission environments
  • Knowledge of NGA IT systems, infrastructure, and high-availability environments
  • Experience working across IC/DoD stakeholders
  • Experience with NGA development lifecycle models (SAFe Agile, devops)
  • Full lifecycle IT systems experience (design through deployment)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with NGA cybersecurity compliance initiatives
  • Project engineering or program management experience
  • Strong technical and schedule analysis capability

Responsibilities

  • Lead integration across NGA CIO-T systems, ensuring interoperability across complex environments
  • Deliver engineering solutions supporting TCPED, mission partners, Combatant Commands, and IC stakeholders
  • Support system design, development, certification, and deployment
  • Provide technical recommendations for architecture, roadmap planning, and modernization initiatives
  • Develop executive briefings and decision-support materials
  • Support enterprise-scale SAFe Agile execution across multiple release trains
  • Coordinate across development teams to manage dependencies and integration challenges
  • Lead and participate in planning sessions and stakeholder meetings
  • Support cybersecurity compliance efforts, audits, and risk mitigation
  • Ensure alignment with NGA CIO-T policies and governance
  • Support operations and maintenance of NGA applications and infrastructure
  • Contribute to incident, change, and problem management processes
  • Support outage management, review boards, and mission partner coordination
  • Coordinate with mission owners, leadership, and external partners
  • Drive collaboration and alignment across organizations
  • Support enterprise transformation initiatives
