About The Position

BAE Systems is seeking a Senior Systems Integrator to work in an enterprise IT environment with specific tasks related to Voice. This role involves collaborating with network engineering and other telecom engineers in integration activities involving telephony or call center technologies. The position will assist in the design, testing, and deployment of new voice infrastructure, support the implementation of next-generation voice technologies, and participate in the system security accreditation process. Responsibilities also include providing certificate management support for secure systems, assisting with system upgrades, patching, and configuration, and supporting new site voice system standups. The role will also support call center technology deployments, user training, and transition planning, contribute to call routing and trunking design within enterprise voice platforms, and attend meetings with internal teams and clients to gather and understand voice system requirements. Additionally, the Systems Integrator will monitor compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures, gain hands-on experience with secure voice devices and infrastructure components, and provide Tier 4 engineering support under supervision. Learning and supporting platforms such as Skype for Business, Avaya Communication Manager, and other enterprise call center technologies is also part of the role.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or computer engineering
