About The Position

Successful candidates will be located near Long Beach, Denver, or Washington, D.C., and are expected to work onsite at least three days per week. The position remains open until filled. Base salary ranges are $135,000–$185,000 in Denver and $140,000–$195,000 in Long Beach and Washington, D.C. Actual level and salary may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.

  • Decide whether business objectives require an assessment or a new risk program, create necessary programs, and maintain a current, complete risk register across multiple domains.
  • Write decision documents that lead with the conclusion and recommendation; replace repeat decisions with standing rules; and propose risk appetite thresholds and authorities for accepting risks at each band for management to set.
  • Test the scoring model against past risks and propose changes for ERM leadership to adopt; turn the ERM Doctrine into methods analysts can use across domains.
