About The Position

AvidXchange is seeking a Senior Enterprise Data Analyst to drive key analyses and reporting and implement solutions across the enterprise. The role partners with leaders across the organization to build a data-driven culture by delivering insights, strategies, and recommendations that improve company processes and financial performance. The analyst works with operational and financial partners, leads cross-functional initiatives with senior business leaders, and communicates complex data and processes clearly to broad and senior audiences.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI or a similar tool, and PowerPoint.
At least 4 years of experience in a highly analytical environment.
Executive presence and the ability to influence strategic outcomes.
Experience with Python.

Responsibilities

Generate actionable insights and recommendations using advanced analytics and business knowledge for operational and financial partners.
Lead cross-functional initiatives as an analytical and subject matter expert, identify significant opportunities, and implement solutions in partnership with senior leaders across the business.
Hold partners accountable for using data and ensure data is incorporated into their operational rhythm.
Communicate complex data and processes simply to broad and senior audiences.
