About The Position

The delivery Enterprise Architect (EA) serves as the primary technical driver for delivering high quality Digital Experience and Digital Marketing solutions for Adobe's Global Enterprise customers. Review and develop architectural plans, lead diverse delivery team, align with client goals.

Requirements

  • Past experience in a consultative role leading large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems in the role of Architect and/or Principal Consultant
  • 4+ years' experience hands-on architecting and/or implementing three or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories: Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign or Marketo Engage, Adobe Real-Time CDP or Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including App Builder, Adobe Commerce/Magento or another e-commerce solution that integrated with AEM, Adobe Target or Recommendations, Adobe Experience Platform (Schema, Query Services, etc.), Adobe Workfront Workflow, Planning, or Fusion
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience using enterprise platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.) with an emphasis on REST APIs, Cloud Storage, Structured/Unstructured Data, Security and Data Ingress/Egress
  • Proficient in written and verbal communications

Nice To Haves

  • GenStudio, Express, or Firefly Services (< 3 years)
  • One or more current Adobe Certified Expert certifications (AEM, AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target or Workfront)
  • Working knowledge of end-to-end digital marketing journey including Ad Tech (CDP/DMPs, DSPs, etc.), Marketing Automation, omni-channel personalization, Content Management or automation, CRM, Media Execution, and Reporting/Insights

  • Produce project scope definitions, delivery estimations, resource allocation and project timelines based on product licensing purchase and implementation requirements
  • Quickly diagnose delivery challenges and formulate effective remediation plans to adhere to scope, schedule and budget
  • Lead cross-functional, multi-region delivery teams
  • Adjust communications as needed for Technical, Marketing and/or C-Suite customers
