About The Position

This role serves as the primary analyst for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Subledger Accounting (SLA). The analyst will partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements into technical specifications and user stories. This position leads end-to-end solution design, configuration, and implementation for Oracle ERP enhancements and projects, analyzing current-state processes and designing future-state solutions aligned with Oracle best practices and business objectives. The role involves developing and maintaining detailed process maps, functional specifications, and system documentation, as well as supporting and troubleshooting production issues, including root cause analysis and resolution of ERP and integration challenges. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (HR, Procurement, Sales, IT, vendors) is key to delivering integrated enterprise solutions. The analyst will design and support integrations between Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, or custom solutions, and participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery execution. This position provides leadership and guidance on system capabilities, optimization opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives, facilitating meetings with stakeholders, including executive sponsors, and driving consensus on solution direction. The role also includes conducting data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making and system enhancements, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance across financial systems and processes. Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to team knowledge-sharing and best practice development are also expected. All other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university required.
  • 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis, with a strong focus on Oracle ERP Financials (Fusion Cloud preferred)
  • Proven experience supporting and configuring Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, SLA)
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including financial close, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash
  • Experience with system integrations, data migration, and reporting tools within Oracle Cloud environments
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Lean methodologies)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to bridge technical and functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead enterprise-level initiatives with minimal direction
  • Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling and protecting sensitive information.
  • Proficient with common office technologies, including Windows PCs, Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and web conferencing (Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.)

  • Oracle Cloud ERP certifications (Financials Cloud, Fusion Applications) or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
