About The Position

ECLARO is seeking a Senior Enterprise Agile Delivery Lead for a client in New York, NY, which operates one of the world's largest energy delivery systems. The role will lead delivery of an AI-powered TCoE application built on .NET, Angular, and Microsoft Azure, with integrations to ServiceNow and Azure DevOps. It is a hands-on technical management position, with approximately 20% of the work involving pull-request reviews, technical problem-solving, and resolution of complex delivery issues. The role owns product planning, release execution, team leadership, stakeholder reporting, production readiness, and adherence to architecture, coding, security, and quality standards. In the first 90 days, success includes establishing a release plan and sprint cadence, providing regular stakeholder reports, reviewing pull requests against approved standards, assigning owners and target dates to integration dependencies, and shipping releases on schedule with strong production quality. The ServiceNow and Azure DevOps integrations should be operational in production, and the team should consistently follow standards with less oversight.

Requirements

12+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years leading or managing development teams.
Proven experience delivering enterprise applications to production on schedule and owning releases end to end.
Production development experience with C#, .NET 8 or later, ASP.NET Core Web API, and SQL Server or Oracle.
Working experience with Angular 17 or later and TypeScript.
Experience building and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure.
Ability to review code and assess design quality against established standards and patterns.
Experience with Azure DevOps boards, repositories, build and release pipelines, and automated regression testing.
Experience delivering system-to-system integrations using REST APIs and messaging.
Strong command of Agile/Scrum, release management, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
Proven ownership of enterprise application releases, production delivery, and cross-functional technical teams.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience delivering solutions using Large Language Models, RAG, AI agents, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI services.
Experience leading teams that use GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
Experience delivering ServiceNow integrations or working with ServiceNow platform teams.
Working knowledge of Azure API Management, Okta or Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise SSO.
Experience with Application Insights, production support, and incident management.
Working knowledge of Python, SQL, JavaScript, PowerShell, and YAML pipeline scripts.
Experience managing onshore/offshore teams across time zones.
Utility or energy industry experience, including NERC CIP and SOX compliance.
Advanced Azure, Agile, project management, or architecture certifications.

Responsibilities

Own product delivery from planning through production release.
Translate architecture designs into buildable work with realistic estimates, sprint plans, and release schedules.
Run sprint planning and release scheduling with development teams and product owners.
Review pull requests and ensure compliance with coding standards, approved patterns, and quality gates.
Deliver the application's AI capabilities and integrations with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps, coordinating dependencies with platform teams.
Maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and automated regression suites, ensuring regression results gate every release.
Oversee Azure deployment, production support, incident response, and follow-up actions.
Track progress, remove blockers, and report status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Plan technical debt remediation alongside feature delivery in partnership with the Solutions Architect.
Drive responsible use of AI coding assistants to improve delivery speed without reducing code quality.
Manage onshore and offshore developers by assigning work, setting expectations, providing feedback, and supporting technical growth.
Lead hiring and onboarding and coordinate with infrastructure, security, QA, business, and other delivery teams.
