About The Position

The Senior Enrollment Systems Configuration Specialist serves as a functional systems lead within Strategic Enrollment Management Operations and is responsible for supporting, configuring, and continuously improving the Slate CRM environment and related enrollment management systems. This position translates business needs from Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, SEM Operations, and other enrollment partners into scalable, sustainable system configurations that support recruitment, application processing, student communication, enrollment operations, reporting, and service delivery. This role is technical in nature but is rooted in enrollment management business operations rather than information technology infrastructure. The position requires a strong understanding of SEM processes, student lifecycle workflows, CRM configuration, data imports, portals, forms, communications, queries, rules, source formats, and system governance. The position works closely with SEM functional units and coordinates with IT when needed for integrations, security, infrastructure, or enterprise system dependencies, while maintaining SEM ownership of business configuration, operational design, and platform functionality.

Responsibilities

Supporting, configuring, and continuously improving the Slate CRM environment and related enrollment management systems.
Translating business needs from Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, SEM Operations, and other enrollment partners into scalable, sustainable system configurations.
Supporting recruitment, application processing, student communication, enrollment operations, reporting, and service delivery through system configurations.
Working closely with SEM functional units.
Coordinating with IT when needed for integrations, security, infrastructure, or enterprise system dependencies.
Maintaining SEM ownership of business configuration, operational design, and platform functionality.
