Requirements
- High school diploma (Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred)
- 5+ years of land development design experience
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Solid understanding of site design, utilities, and grading principles
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- CAD certifications
- Experience with Ajera or similar time/expense software
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed land development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, including: Site layouts, subdivisions, and roadway design, Water, sewer, and stormwater systems, Grading, erosion control, and stormwater management plans
- Collaborate with Engineers to deliver accurate, on-time designs
- Support project timelines and budgets through efficient, high-quality work
- Assist with processing plans through governmental agencies for approvals
- Ensure all work meets company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
- Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and constructability
