Requirements
- High school diploma
- 5+ years of land development design experience
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Solid understanding of site design, utilities, and grading principles
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Authorized to work full-time in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- CAD certifications
- Experience with Ajera or similar time/expense software
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed land development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, including site layouts, subdivisions, roadway design, water, sewer, and stormwater systems, grading, erosion control, and stormwater management plans.
- Collaborate with Engineers to deliver accurate, on-time designs.
- Support project timelines and budgets through efficient, high-quality work.
- Assist with processing plans through governmental agencies for approvals.
- Ensure all work meets company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.
