The Apple Services Engineering team is responsible for powering services like the App Store, Apple TV, Apple Music, Apple Podcasts, and Apple Books, delivering a wide variety of entertainment in over 35 languages to more than 150 countries. Our team is seeking a dynamic Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to contribute to the development and operation of the foundational infrastructure that supports millions of daily users. The Apple Cloud Services Infrastructure team is looking for a senior engineering program manager to lead significant programs that span the entire software stack. You will serve as the key liaison between infrastructure engineering teams developing the core systems that power Apple's services. Your role will involve partnering with engineering, product, and business teams to translate platform vision into actionable roadmaps. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment across complex technical dependencies and delivering integrated, scalable infrastructure.

Requirements

• 8+ years in technical program management
• Significant experience in infrastructure or platform development
• Deep understanding of and experience in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and software development lifecycles
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or related experience
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills
• Pays attention to the details and is highly organized
• Experience running a complex set of software deliverables with many interdependencies
• Successful track record being a phenomenal partner within teams and across organizations in engineering, design, and leadership
• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects across multiple locations
• Proactive and able to work under minimal supervision at a detailed level while taking account of interdependencies at higher levels

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes), workflow systems, or distributed data platforms
• Experience building developer platforms or infrastructure-as-a-service products
• Proven ability to drive complex, multi-team technical programs from ambiguity to delivery
• Track record of influencing senior engineering leaders and building consensus across organizations with competing priorities
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to engage with product and engineering on architecture decisions and tradeoffs
• Self-motivated and proactive; demonstrated ability to quickly triage, prioritize, and navigate ambiguity under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical complexity into clear narratives for diverse audiences
