About The Position

Cisco is hiring a Senior Engineering Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap definition, and execution for the Cisco Secure Client, Cisco's unified endpoint security platform. This role involves turning customer needs and market insights into product decisions, evaluating complex choices, aligning teams, and delivering trusted experiences at scale. The position offers the opportunity to shape a widely-used platform and influence the evolution of Cisco's endpoint presence. The Senior Engineering Product Manager will set direction across several product areas, connecting decisions across the broader portfolio and shaping investment priorities in areas like AI, connectivity, security, identity, manageability, user experience, and zero trust capabilities. This role requires collaboration with engineering, sales, support, experience, and other product managers, advising on business plans, product marketing strategy, and success measures. The individual will define how owned capabilities fit into the broader solution through packaging, bundling, and positioning, and guide teams in navigating trade-offs involving architecture, customer impact, and market realities. Customer learning is central, involving validation across segments, building partners, and strategic accounts to strengthen product-market fit and identify adjacent opportunities. The role also includes representing the product with customers, partners, and internal collaborators as a trusted guide and advocate. The ideal candidate brings focus to ambiguity and momentum to execution, listens carefully, tests assumptions, and turns insight into clear decisions to help teams move faster and customers work more securely.
