About The Position

The Senior Engineering Manager at CONAX TECHNOLOGIES LLC will lead and drive the engineering team to achieve excellence in product development and innovation. This role is pivotal in strategizing and overseeing engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within an engineering environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution in a technology-driven organization.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations pertinent to engineering and technology sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of engineers.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on innovative solutions.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and technologies relevant to the company's industry.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within engineering teams.
• Must be able to meet U.S. export control requirements (ITAR/EAR) to gain access to technical data.
