  • Report to C-level stakeholders on progress, risks, and business impact, translating engineering outcomes into business language and strategic recommendations.
  • Own domain-level SDLC governance: align standards across teams while enabling each team to own its practices, eliminate systemic organizational blockers, and define domain-level OKRs, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Define architecture and technical standards for the domain (or the wider tech organization), collaborating closely with Staff Software Engineers on key architectural decisions.
  • Own platform and infrastructure strategy for the domain, driving technical consistency across teams and reduction of technical debt.

  • Feel a part of the InPost community that makes an impact on sustainability, convenient deliveries, and the circular economy every day.
  • Excellent working environment and flexible hours.
  • B2B type of contract
