About The Position

Our Basketball engineering organization is building and scaling the products that will help GameChanger grow in the most-played youth sport in the country. As a Senior Engineering Manager on this team, you will lead a cross-functional group of engineers working across iOS, Android, and backend platforms, partnering closely with Product and Design to make covering a game as fast, reliable, and low-friction as possible. You will report to the Director of Engineering for Basketball.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop your engineers, setting clear expectations, identifying growth-oriented opportunities, and establishing a consistent cadence of feedback that fosters both development and accountability.
