Requirements

Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or Mechanical Engineering
Three years of experience in software development for autonomous robotics.
Production focused C++ software development, designing data pipelines
Developing sensor data processing and fusion, simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) development, and optimizing code for deployment.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and test onboard and offboard software pipelines for autonomous vehicle localization systems.
Conduct code review and guide junior team members on code quality, correctness and efficiency.
Work with mapping team to establish API for localization-mapping interaction.
Provide technical leadership in code quality and design.
Collaborate with perception, motion planning, and controls algorithm experts.
