About The Position
Provides advanced technical expertise for integration, troubleshooting, and support of AV systems. This role supports video walls, studios, auditoriums, and command centers, involving configuration and integration of audio/video/control systems. It also assists with performance optimization, upgrades, and provides support for event and executive environments.
Requirements
- AV integration (DSP, control systems, video routing)
- Streaming platforms (Vbrick, Teams, Zoom)
- Network and AV interoperability troubleshooting
- Studio systems familiarity (TriCaster, multi-camera setup, Pro Tools basics)
- Digital signage (Appspace CMS, BrightSign players)
- Video walls (Planar LED configuration & calibration)

- AVIXA CTS-I (Installation)
- OEM certifications (Crestron, Extron, QSC)
