Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
  • 5 years of experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, and implementation
  • 4 years of experience in software development using scripting and programming languages, including JavaScript and SQL, and developing integrations using APIs and web services
  • 4 years of experience in application performance analysis, troubleshooting, production support, and resolution of technical and functional system issues
  • 3 years of experience in enterprise application development and customization within ERP environments using industry-standard development tools and platforms
  • 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting system integrations and data exchange processes between enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide production support, including investigating and resolving technical and functional issues encountered by users of enterprise business applications
  • Maintaining and monitoring scheduled background processes and automated jobs to ensure reliable system operation
  • Analyzing application performance and optimizing custom-developed components
  • Collaborating with third-party or platform support teams when performance issues are outside internally developed solutions
  • Providing functional assistance to business users, including support with searches, reports, and basic workflow configuration
  • Perform M&A development, including analyzing business and technical requirements and partnering with functional teams to design effective and scalable software solutions
  • Developing and enhancing application functionality using scripting and programming languages, APIs, and integration platforms to extend standard system capabilities
  • Building custom software components and system integrations to support enterprise processes not available through out-of-the-box functionality
  • Reviewing peer development work to ensure compliance with platform guidelines, coding standards, and general software development best practices
