The Senior Engineer, Stay Experiences & Technical Operations is responsible for the technical design, validation, and operational readiness of Digital Guest Experience solutions across global hotel environments. This role ensures that solutions such as Digital Check-in, Digital Key, Messaging, and In-Room technologies are feasible, scalable, and stable across a highly variable hotel infrastructure landscape. This individual serves as a senior technical contributor, partnering closely with Product, Architecture, Vendors, and Regional teams to assess readiness, support deployments, resolve complex technical issues, and drive ongoing improvements in system reliability and performance. This role plays a critical part in bridging product ambition with real-world hotel technical realities.
