What YOU will do Design and develop software-only products, including working on software development tasks, including design, implementation plans, requirements, software code, integration testing and verification. Provide analysis for the decomposition of customer specifications and system level requirements into sub-system high level and low-level requirements and make recommendations for the generation of verification criteria and plans for the requirements. Work in a cross-functional agile team, participate in technical discussions and collaborate with other engineers on the team to find optimal solutions. Research, evaluate and recommend investments or changes in technology, resources, procedures, equipment, systems, or other assets to improve the quality of the organization's systems products and services. Lead a cross-functional team daily and coordinate regularly with engineering and project management to ensure success of the product and program. Work with the aspects of quality, cost, schedule and scope while navigating through the various team dynamics and also work through processes, optimization methods and risk management tools for small or moderately complex projects.
