About The Position

Our client, a growing medical device manufacturer, is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations and drive continuous process improvements. The successful candidate will be responsible for equipment validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), process troubleshooting, tooling and fixture design, and implementing Six Sigma-based process capability improvements. The role will also support both existing products and new product introduction initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Plastics, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and driving manufacturing process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with equipment validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to support both existing manufacturing processes and new product introductions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in plastic manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
