Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or closely related discipline (willing to accept foreign education equivalent)
  • Two (2) years of experience in the proffered position or related occupation using semiconductor technologies and managing manufacturing data.
  • Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) performing data and statistical analysis on semiconductor manufacturing process data
  • DE using Oracle SQL and Python (or comparable languages) to define and measure performance metrics
  • DE developing predictive models for wafer cost and capacity planning in a manufacturing environment
  • DE designing and deploying engineering tape-out and manufacturing systems, including system integration with foundry teams
  • DE documenting standard manufacturing procedures and maintaining collaboration tools to support cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data analytics on foundry technologies and document generation for smooth operations, including creating and maintaining process codes to ensure the accuracy of PO data in SAP system, and wafers.
  • Develop and maintain predictive models to support wafer demand forecasting, cost estimation, and cycletime planning for manufacturing operations.
  • Develop, validate, and deploy new engineering tape-out system.
  • Develop supplier performance dashboard by working with IT and foundry team to establish SAP B2B with all major foundries.
  • Conduct procedures/policies/methodologies used in foundry operation process.
  • Create and maintain collaboration tool such as SharePoint or Confluence site to help cross-functional teams collaborate and share knowledge efficiently.
