Requirements

Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or closely related discipline (willing to accept foreign education equivalent)
Two (2) years of experience in the proffered position or related occupation using semiconductor technologies and managing manufacturing data.
Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) performing data and statistical analysis on semiconductor manufacturing process data
DE using Oracle SQL and Python (or comparable languages) to define and measure performance metrics
DE developing predictive models for wafer cost and capacity planning in a manufacturing environment
DE designing and deploying engineering tape-out and manufacturing systems, including system integration with foundry teams
DE documenting standard manufacturing procedures and maintaining collaboration tools to support cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Perform data analytics on foundry technologies and document generation for smooth operations, including creating and maintaining process codes to ensure the accuracy of PO data in SAP system, and wafers.
Develop and maintain predictive models to support wafer demand forecasting, cost estimation, and cycletime planning for manufacturing operations.
Develop, validate, and deploy new engineering tape-out system.
Develop supplier performance dashboard by working with IT and foundry team to establish SAP B2B with all major foundries.
Conduct procedures/policies/methodologies used in foundry operation process.
Create and maintain collaboration tool such as SharePoint or Confluence site to help cross-functional teams collaborate and share knowledge efficiently.
