Senior Engineer I Device and Test
About The Position
We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer who is passionate about semiconductor technology, hands-on lab work, and data-driven problem solving. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of device characterization, automated testing, and engineering analysis to help advance next-generation semiconductor products and technologies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to perform electrical characterization, develop and improve parametric measurement methods, analyze device behavior, troubleshoot complex test issues, and support product development and reliability initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining practical lab expertise with software and automation skills.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Physics or related technical discipline.
- 5-7 years experience
- Working with semiconductor devices, wafer probing, and parametric measurement equipment, along with a strong understanding of semiconductor physics and electrical behavior.
- Comfortable developing automation and data-analysis tools using Python and C.
Nice To Haves
- Semiconductor reliability mechanisms such as BTI, HCI, TDDB, electromigration, and leakage analysis
- Familiarity with probe stations, source-measure units, low-current measurements
- Familiarity with engineering tools like Git, LabVIEW, or SQL.
