Senior Engineer - Asset & Inventory
About The Position
The Senior Engineer for Plant & Machinery will be responsible for ensuring the monitoring, controlling and ensuring the effective utilization, operation, and continuous improvement of plant machinery and equipment. This role requires a deep understanding of performance measures of the plant and machinery, fuel consumption, Diesel Generator Analysis, KWHr Generation Analysis, Efficiency monitoring, utilization tracking through IoT Systems, Operational efficiency and optimization analysis, time to time follow up with the project teams and P&M. along with knowledge and project management skills in the troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of plant equipment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of operational safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge on System and IoT Implementation
- Follow up skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Pivot Tables and Power BI and dashboard for Plant and Machinery
- Project management skills
Responsibilities
- Regular Monthly Reports Generation
- Deployment, Inspection, HSEE, Fuel, PMS and BMS, Surplus/Idle Reports
- Follow ups with PNM teams
- Presentation Skills
- Monitoring, controlling and ensuring the effective utilization, operation, and continuous improvement of plant machinery and equipment
- Deep understanding of performance measures of the plant and machinery, fuel consumption, Diesel Generator Analysis, KWHr Generation Analysis, Efficiency monitoring, utilization tracking through IoT Systems, Operational efficiency and optimization analysis
