This team creates the conditions for success by inventing new processes and systems, bringing operational rigor, and architecting relationships built on trust. They understand the unique needs and motivations of our clients and our internal teams and continuously identify ways to advocate for both, anticipating needs before they surface, solving problems before they become issues, and holding themselves to an uncompromising standard of quality in every detail, every deliverable, and every interaction. Engagement Managers look at logistics as a design challenge. No one project is ever the same, so finding the right approach, process, and casting is an opportunity that requires a balance of EQ and IQ, as well as the discipline and work ethic to see it through with precision and care. They are involved through the entire lifecycle of a project, responsible for learning our client's business deeply, and helping the team and clients stay focused on how to best deliver new relevance in rapidly changing contexts.
