POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Endpoint Administrator serves as a critical technical leader responsible for the security, scalability, performance, and lifecycle management of enterprise endpoint environments across Windows and Apple platforms. This role owns endpoint governance, compliance, automation, deployment, patching, and modern workplace technologies that directly impact workforce productivity, operational resilience, and regulatory readiness. Leveraging AI as a force multiplier, the position accelerates decision-making, improves service quality, enhances operational scale, and increases automation effectiveness. Operating within Empower’s hyper-growth, highly regulated 503A/503B environment, the role partners across Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, and Service Operations to deliver secure, compliant, and efficient endpoint services.
